01About This Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how Gamkrelidzeu Temaze handles information when you use Flocklane Driver, and how you can control it.
We have tried to keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us — we are happy to explain.

Flocklane Driver does not require an account and does not collect personal data. The app works on your device, and what you do in it stays there.
The one situation where we receive personal information is when you reach out to support.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive data such as health, biometric or financial account information.
03Use of Information
Information is used only to:
- To fulfil requirements under applicable law
- To respond to your questions and support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or misuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes other than those listed above.

Welcome to Flocklane Driver. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Gamkrelidzeu Temaze regarding your use of the app.
02License to Use the App
Gamkrelidzeu Temaze grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Flocklane Driver on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
03Acceptable Use
You agree that you will:
- Respect other people and their rights when using the app.
- Never use the app to break the law.
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or distribute the app.
- Do not overload, hack or otherwise harm our infrastructure.
04Intellectual Property
The app and everything in it — except content you create — belong to Gamkrelidzeu Temaze and its licensors.
05Suspension and Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You can end them by uninstalling the app; we may end them if you breach them.
06Disclaimer of Warranties
Flocklane Driver is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
07Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the last twelve months, where permitted by law.
08Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
These Terms are between you and Gamkrelidzeu Temaze, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance, support or any claims relating to it.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where relevant.
09Modifications
We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
